1) How can i place an order?

All orders can be placed via the order form located at the bottom of each item. Just simply copy the description available and submit it on the order form. Alternatively, you can send your order to
order@uniqduo.com. We will revert back to you with regards to your purchase.



2) How is the quality of your clothes?

Uniqduo values the quality of the items sold. Therefore, all items are carefully picked to ensure that they are of substantial quality. Descriptions of the item are also stated to give customers a clearer picture of the item itself.



3) How true is the colour of the items to its true colour?

All the pictures shown are taken in studio, therefore there might be a difference between the pictures and the true colour. We will try to ensure that the colours seen will be highly similar to the true colour. If not, it will be specifically stated.



4) When will my item(s) be sent out after making payment?

We advise customers that the item(s) will be sent out within 2 working days. However, if it is possible, items are usually mailed the following day. If there is any special requirements on mailing, please email us at
enquiries@uniqduo.com for more details.



5) How is your sizing?

Most of the items are one size. Sizes are stated along every piece. If you have any doubts about the sizing, do email us and we will try our best to advise you on the sizing.



6) The item i am interested in is sold out, how can i still purchase that item?

Items that are sold out are usually placed on back orders, unless otherwise stated. If one is still keen on getting the item, you will have to join back order. The waiting time required for back orders will be usually 2 weeks.



7) What happens when my item gets missing?

If you have opt for normal postage, we are sorry that we are unable to help you locate the lost mail. However, for registed mails, we will help you to track your package with the post office.



8) Are all your stocks immediately available?

Yes, all the items stated are in stocks and are immediately available, unless otherwise stated. However, Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis thus once they are sold out, customers will have to be on the back order list.



9) How do i keep in contact with Uniqduo?
